Times of dispair

The desert that is my soul
It yearns for something more
A clear mind
A pure heart
The pain that I live through
Keeping it my sorrows within
Turns dawn into dusk
The trees are dying
The heat is scorching dry
I cry out for help
Does anybody listen
No there is nobody here
I keep the sorrows from seeping out
Someday, somehow
The powder keg will explode
The rumbling will strip a rift
From crack to crevasse
Will I survive this terror?
Or will I fall into dispair
Nobody knows
I must release the pressure
But how?
Hints and innuendos
Go without notice
The steam will soon bellow
Am i ready?
Only time will tell
God help me.
